Project Support and Administration is a key role within our organisation. As a member of the team you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of projects.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, be highly motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing.
* Complete data entry and maintain organised document control systems.
* Assist with project set up and help with basic project reporting.
* Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and take meeting minutes.
* Maintain asset registers and track equipment hire and utilisation.
* Raise and receipt purchase orders and assist with general procurement.
* Communicate with suppliers, customers, and contractors by phone, email, and in person.
* Coordinate logistics for equipment, materials, and deliveries.
* Provide general support to project teams as required.
Requirements
* Able to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong time management, organisation, and communication skills.
* Experience in working in the construction or contracting industry (desirable).
* Confident using Microsoft Office and general admin systems.
* WHSE awareness and knowledge of relevant standards (desirable).
