Sales Coordinator (Mandarin speaking is preferred)This position is responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to sales activities, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication within the sales department and with external clients. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services in a timely and professional manner. Use data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to the sales team and management.Track conversion rates and customer acquisition costs to optimize sales workflows.About YouBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
