The Position
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver optimal recovery outcomes for our clients.
* Develop and submit clinical reports to support treatment decisions.
* Educate workplaces on injury prevention strategies and return-to-work initiatives.
* Foster relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Client-focused: Develop and maintain strong relationships through team and client interactions.
* Quality-driven: Conduct workplace visits to understand the challenges faced by injured workers.
* People-oriented: Assess injured workers to determine the best path to recovery and successful return to work.
* Dynamically adaptable: Manage complex cases and liaise with treating doctors and health professionals.
* Innovation-driven: Contribute to an organisation that prioritises innovation.
Key Requirements
* AHPRA or ESSA registration.
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
