About the Role:
As the Retail Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both our Drive Thru and Detached Bottlemart locations. You'll lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of retail attendants, fostering a positive work environment.
* Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
* Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing regulations.
* Drive sales and profitability through excellent customer service and strategic planning.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing improvements where needed.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years management experience in a retail or bottleshop environment.
* Proven experience in the liquor, FMCG or hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* Knowledge of liquor products and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
