The opportunity
Member Support Consultants (MSC's) play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base.
They are the first people to interact with prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey, helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.
Responsibilities
Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilizing sales promotions and referral campaigns.
Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals and new business opportunities.
Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions.
Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
Open and close the club as per the roster.
Actively involve in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
Conduct regular service calls to new and existing members, recommending club-based products.
About you
Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life.
Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
Outstanding communication abilities – able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
