Looking for 2 x Casual Support Workers at Zion Home Care, Gympie QLD :
* 1 x Morning shifts (from 6am).
* 1 x Afternoon shifts (up to 6pm).
* Supporting older residents across the broad Gympie Regional Council area.
* Our services run 7 days per week, so flexibility is key
Pay: $40.07 - $44.10 per hour (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Discounts
Your Role - Supporting Independence at Home
As a Home Care Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred care to help older Australians live safely and happily at home. Your day may include:
* Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing)
* Helping with meal prep and light domestic tasks
* Providing transport to appointments and shopping
* Encouraging social engagement and community participation
What You Bring
* Cert III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Home Care
* Passion for empowering older people
* Great communication and relationship skills
* Open QLD Driver's Licence
* NDIS Worker Screening and Police Check
