About the Role

In this role, you'll:
* Create safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
* Deliver age-appropriate programs aligned with the EYLF
* Support children's holistic development through meaningful interactions
* Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Embrace continuous learning and professional growth
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-recognised)
* Current Blue card valid for paid work
* First Aid Certificate (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
Essential Skills & Attributes
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
* Ability to plan, deliver and reflect on high-quality educational programs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident in observing and documenting children's development
* A team player who contributes to an inclusive and respectful workplace
Desirable Experience
* Experience working in early childhood settings
* Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
* Commitment to inclusive practices for children of all abilities and backgrounds
* Comfortable using tech platforms for documentation and communication
* Ongoing commitment to professional learning and development
