What your role will look like
As Area Manager you will:
· Provide effective leadership and strategic management to Residential Supervisors including expert advice and supervision in service delivery and support
· Develop and strengthen Residential Supervisors' practice leadership capability and capacity to lead their teams to support people with complex disabilities and deliver high quality services and outcomes for clients
· Lead and promote high standards of performance and quality accreditation, contributing to policy and frameworks and building capability to delivery on client centred practice
· Optimise staff resources to meet client needs
· Embed a strong culture and the ongoing support of our values and health and safety

Relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years' experience in disability services, management, aged or health services or a related discipline. Also, demonstrated experience leading and managing staff teams to deliver a high standard of disability services
