Paediatrician Role Summary

The Community and General Paediatrician consultant provides high-quality paediatric specialist services as a member of the Paediatric Department. This role involves providing excellent clinical care, leadership to junior medical and other clinical staff, and supporting the Hospital's teaching, research and clinical governance programs.

Responsibilities
\
* Providing safe and effective paediatric specialist services;
* Leading junior medical and other clinical staff; and
* Supporting the Hospital's teaching, research and clinical governance programs.
\
Qualifications
\
* A Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in General Paediatrics;
* A current Specialist Paediatrician registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency;
* A primary medical qualification registered in Victoria; and
* Enrolment and maintenance of ongoing CPD program of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP).
