We're on the hunt for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing & eCommerce team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with beauty industry experience, strong conceptual and technical design skills who loves working across a variety of mediums - from packaging and digital to print and POS.
You'll be an integral part of a major brand refresh project while supporting our D2C channels, ensuring consistent and high-quality creative output that aligns with our brand identity.
About the Company:
Ultraceuticals is a leader within the cosmeceutical skincare industry. We are dedicated to providing innovative, quality skincare products and professional facial treatments to target major skincare concerns. We are a fast-growing skincare brand, occupying a unique space in the Australian market and expanding rapidly internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement creative concepts that align with brand guidelines.
* Deliver artwork across print and digital (magazines, brochures, web assets, social media, EDMs, POS and more).
* Support the creation of assets for a major brand refresh and seasonal campaigns.
* Execute packaging designs and updates.
* Maintain and update training materials, presentations and internal collateral.
* Retouch images and manage our image database.
* Ensure all work meets production specs and is delivered error-free and on time.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, e-Commerce, Education, and Sales teams.
Skills & Experience:
* Formal qualifications in Graphic design.
* 3–5 years' experience in a Graphic Design role, with previous Beauty Industry experience.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Strong layout design, typography, and attention to detail.
* Photo retouching knowledge.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
* Strong knowledge in marketing and graphic trends.
