Responsibilities:

* Participate in daily consultant-led ward rounds

* Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients in the emergency department, medical wards and outpatient setting

* Arrange and initiate clinical investigations and discharge planning as directed by the supervising consultant

* Ensure comprehensive, accurate and concise medical records are maintained for all patients

* Participate in out-of-hours roster including nights and weekends
">
* Participate in teaching, quality improvement and professional development activities as directed

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical principles and practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of adaptability and flexibility is also essential, given the fast-paced nature of the role.
