Job Title
A Global IT Support Specialist is required to provide assistance to end-users within a large-scale enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities, resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal service delivery.
About the Role
* Providing onsite/on-call support to end-users
* Troubleshooting computer OS/Peripherals
* Handling different PC Operating Systems (Windows 7/8 and 10)
* Performing hardware/software installation (understanding of deployment tools like SCCM)
Requirements
* Desired experience in Computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting
* Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting
* Excellent customer service and people skills
* Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
Preferred Qualifications
* CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent
* Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
* Experience in a similar role with 2+ years of relevant experience
