Are you ready to lead strategic contract delivery in the resources sector? NWA is seeking a dynamic Contract Delivery Manager to oversee one of our major contract operations in the Pilbara region.

*What you'll be responsible for*
Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager - you will be responsible for:
* Contract Management - ensuring service delivery excellence, compliance with all requirements, and achievement of KPIs
* Leading and developing site coordinators and operational teams while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
* Building and maintaining senior client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
* Strategic planning and business development to drive continuous improvement and innovation
* Financial management including contract performance reporting, budgeting, and commercial optimisation
*What you'll need to be successful*
* Demonstrable experience in contract management preferably within resources sector
* Strong commercial and business acumen
* Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and client relationships
* Excellent leadership and team development capabilities
* Strong safety focus and environmental awareness
* Relevant qualification in Business Management or related field desirable but not essential
