OM NAMAH SHIVA PTY LTD East Row Café is a popular café located in the iconic Sydney Building, we are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. ? Planning and preparing menu items in line with the café’s breakfast and brunch offerings ?
Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation ? Monitoring food quality at all stages of preparation and service ? Assisting with menu planning and seasonal menu updates ?
Estimating food requirements and assisting with ordering kitchen supplies ? Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations ? Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment ?

Opportunities for professional development and career growth Task & responsibilities Responsibilities: ? Planning and preparing menu items in line with the café’s breakfast and brunch offerings ? Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation ?

Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment Qualification & experience ? Certificate IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery or at least 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Chef in a similar work atmosphere preferred ? Experience working in a café or restaurant kitchen ?
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards ? Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment ? Strong teamwork and communication skills ?
