About the Role
Our client, a national professional services firm with expertise in Forensic, Tax, and Advisory, is seeking an analytically minded and client-focused Accountant to join their Forensic and Litigation Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to challenging work, work alongside leading forensic accountants, and grow your career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse financial and non-financial information for business valuations and economic loss assessments
Conduct financial and economic research across diverse businesses and industries
Develop financial models and prepare expert reports for Court proceedings and pre-litigation matters
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, particularly within the legal sector
Potential opportunity to provide evidence in Court as an expert witness
Contribute to a collaborative team environment while building your own expertise
About You
CA or CPA accreditation, or near completion
Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
Critical thinking skills and passion for forensic accounting
Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
