554 is a small Italian and Mediterranean fusion restaurant located in Rose Bay. We are currently looking for casual bartenders and wait staff, with potential to transition to full‐time positions later on.

What We're Looking For
* Friendly and professional attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment
* Previous hospitality experience is a plus
* For bartenders: basic knowledge of wine (will provide training for those with minimal experience)
* Basic cocktail knowledge required for bartenders
* RSA certification
