As the new Store Manager in this hugely popular large format Colac business, you will be joining a company who believe in the power of exceptional customer experiences and fostering a dynamic team culture that drives sales results. We are looking for an leader who is passionate about customer satisfaction and who has a track record of achieving and exceeding financial and team goals.
Coming from an extensive management background, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to create and support a team who collaborate and are committed to operational excellence. You will understand the importance of surrounding yourself with great people, and will be confident dedicating your time to training and working closely alongside your team on the shop floor.
On a daily basis you will be accountable for overseeing high-volume inventory levels and you will understand being a merchant to optimise product presentation and sales, and most importantly you will love following policies, procedures and OH&S standards to ensure a safe and happy work place.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Manager from a trades or automotive background, however this is not essential to be considered We are looking for the best ATTITUDE and PEOPLE LEADER
