Responsibilities:
* Manage vendor and worker compliance, including contractor inductions and access controls.
* Administer hard and soft services, and oversee the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* Facilitate routine and breakdown maintenance of critical equipment and monitor customer environments.
* Participate in after-hours switching, project activities, and maintain a 24/7 call-out roster.
* Oversee preventative maintenance and prepare daily shift reports.
* Ensure risk assessments, safe work instructions, and compliance with legal and safety standards.
* Foster positive client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships while managing contract delivery and KPIs.
* Promote teamwork, hold team members accountable, and participate in meetings to align with business goals.
