About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead Acute Adult Psychiatry services in Western Sydney, Australia - commencing as soon as possible. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity to drive clinical excellence and strategic direction in a large, diverse metropolitan community.
Located in Western Sydney, you'll provide clinical leadership and strategic oversight for acute adult psychiatry services, guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health care. This role combines clinical expertise with demonstrated leadership experience, allowing you to shape service delivery and outcomes for a diverse patient population while working in a dynamic metropolitan setting.

About You:
* Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) with specialist training and qualifications in General Adult Psychiatry, OR
* Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) together with Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) and specialist training and qualifications in General Adult Psychiatry
* Demonstrated leadership experience
* Strong clinical skills in acute adult psychiatry
