With approximately 30 team members already on board, the business is undergoing a major expansion, including the construction of a brand new workshop to meet growing demand. What You’ll Be Doing This is a pure panel beating role – no spray painters please. You’ll be responsible for high-quality smash repairs and body restoration, working on vehicles that come primarily from insurance-related jobs. Key Duties: Assess structural and cosmetic damage Carry out panel repairs using a range of techniques Replace damaged parts (doors, bonnets, bumpers, etc.) Smooth, fill, and prep surfaces for respray (optional if experienced) Final fitment and quality checks to ensure high standards What We’re Looking For Cert III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (or equivalent – must be recognised in Australia) Minimum mid-level experience as a Panel Beater Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Currently located in Australia with full working rights Reliable and able to travel to Bibra Lake (within 40 mins) What’s On Offer $60/hr casual rate Full-time hours with regular overtime Well-equipped workshop with modern tools Supportive team of 30 and growing New workshop build underway = long-term career potential Sponsorship pathways available for the right onshore candidate Apply Now Ready to join a reputable workshop with big plans for growth?
