These state-of-the-art facilities boast stunning designs, calling for an experienced Facilities Management professional well-versed in a broad spectrum of both hard and soft service provisions.
- Prior experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry, demonstrating proficiency in both hard and soft services
- Track record in contract management, with experience in (PPP) arrangements being advantageous.
- Proven ability to cultivate and sustain productive relationships and collaborations with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated skills in human resource management and knowledge of industrial relations.
- Strong commercial acumen, including a solid grasp of financial and budgetary processes.
- Proficiency in operational management at a high level.
