The Role
• Lead on-site operations from safety and inductions through to handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and programs to keep projects running smoothly
• Drive quality and accountability with subcontractors
• Keep programs on track
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
The Criteria
• 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager on residential projects (apartments, townhouses)
• Trade background preferred
• Confident managing subcontractors and trades
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Proactive, detail-driven, and committed to delivering projects defect-free and on time
