About the Role
Start your career in Life Insurance as an Adviser Care Consultant. You will be the friendly, trusted point of contact for our adviser network, providing timely, high‐quality support across phone, email and online channels. From day one you will receive training and coaching to build your insurance knowledge, take ownership of enquiries end to end, and help us continually improve the way we work.
Responsibilities
* Support existing and new advisers with product, process and policy questions
* Respond to enquiries across phone, email and online channels (simple to complex)
* Provide technical support and quotes across Zurich Life product suites
* Help with policy changes, payments, cancellations and complaint queries
* Share updates and status on New Business applications
* Process policy maintenance and general servicing requests accurately
Qualifications
* Genuine interest in helping customers, with a solutions‐focused mindset
* Experience in a customer or client service role (retail, hospitality, call centre, admin, etc.)
* A degree and/or Diploma of Financial Services is a plus; insurance or banking exposure is helpful but not essential
* Clear written and verbal communication – confident speaking on the phone
* Strong relationship‐building skills with advisers, customers and teammates
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and learning new systems
* Great attention to detail, with the ability to solve problems and work accurately
