Job Overview
This position entails performing routine maintenance tasks on engines, diagnosing issues, and repairing equipment as needed. The Field Service Technician will engage with clients in a professional manner to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
* Utilize specialized tools and documented procedures to diagnose and repair engines.
* Foster positive relationships with customers through effective communication and courteous interactions.
* Carry out scheduled maintenance activities on engines and associated components according to predetermined standards.
* Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced technicians or supervisors when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Possess a vocational diploma from a reputable technical institution or equivalent experience as an apprentice-trained engine technician.
* Licenses/Certifications: locally valid driving permit may be required for compliance purposes.
* Demonstrate basic level field service work experience and intermediate level knowledge of engine products.
