About the Role
We're seeking a Product Leader to drive revenue growth by optimizing checkout journeys, enabling seamless guest transactions, and launching high-performing product features.
This role involves leading cross-functional teams to solve customer problems using insights, testing, and continuous iteration. If you have experience shipping e-commerce, checkout, or POS flows at scale, this is your chance to make a global impact.

Key Responsibilities:
* Owning and optimizing end-to-end ticketing checkout experiences.
* Driving A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion and reduce drop-off.
* Using qualitative and quantitative data to shape strategy and prioritization.
* Partnering with Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.
* Collaborating with stakeholders across growth, marketing, and operations.
* Balancing diverse customer needs to deliver measurable outcomes.
* Defining clear OKRs and tracking product performance.
* Communicating progress, priorities, and outcomes to internal and external teams.
About You:
* Proven experience in e-commerce, POS, ticketing, or marketplaces.
* Deep understanding of checkout flows, payment processing, and funnels.
* Familiarity with Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, or similar platforms.
* Strong data literacy – comfortable with KPIs, funnel analytics, and A/B testing.
* Customer-obsessed with strong product instincts and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
* Experience influencing without authority and aligning cross-functional teams.
