* Setting Direction: Define and execute the company’s vision and long-term growth strategy in close collaboration with the Board and the Life & Health Executive Team

* Governance and Compliance: Oversee critical business functions including HR, Legal, and Compliance to ensure sustainable, responsible growth
You come equipped with
* A completed academic degree, ideally with a business, finance, or actuarial focus
* A proven track record of success in executive leadership, preferably with board-level experience in reinsurance or Life & Health insurance
* In-depth knowledge of the reinsurance industry and a strong grasp of the Australian insurance market’s future trends and regulatory landscape
* Strategic vision and the ability to develop and execute innovative, profitable business strategies
* Strong expertise in corporate governance and performance management
* A visionary, strategic leadership practice that inspires and engages through strong communication, negotiation, analytical and organizational skills
* Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus
* A forward-looking mindset, openness to change, and a passion for innovation and digital transformation
