Program Delivery & Operations (PDO) sits within the Infrastructure Management and Delivery Division and is responsible for planning, delivering and managing Queensland's road and transport assets.
What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Program Director (Bruce Highway & AGRSP), this Senior Advisor role is pivotal in supporting the delivery and governance of the Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program (QTRIP), with a focus on:
* Bruce Highway Upgrade Program (BHUP)
* Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program (BHTSP)
* Australian Government Road Safety Program (AGRSP)
Key Responsibilities Include
* Conducting advanced data analysis to monitor program performance and identify trends
* Developing and delivering detailed performance, compliance and milestone reports
* Maintaining program documentation, registers and assurance processes to meet governance requirements
* Supporting program oversight across a complex, state-wide infrastructure portfolio
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather data and align reporting outputs
* Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, data management and program efficiency
* Supporting effective decision-making through accurate insights and analysis
What You Will Need
* Demonstrated experience in advanced data analysis and performance reporting
* Strong knowledge of program governance frameworks and compliance requirements
* Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or government programs
* Proven ability to monitor performance and implement process improvements
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* High-level organisational capability and attention to detail
* Proficiency with data and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
* Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate documentation
* Criminal history check required due to access to sensitive data
