Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay with us.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure all guests are attended to promptly and efficiently in the most professional manner.
* Process all account postings accurately and complete necessary paperwork.
* Perform accurate cashiering balances at the completion of shifts.
Requirements
* Prior experience working in a Front Office or hotel environment is highly desirable.
* Computer literacy, particularly strong knowledge of MS Excel and Opera Cloud.
* Previous experience in a hotel Finance Department and understanding of other areas within the department is preferred.
