About the Role
We are seeking an Early Careers Coordinator to join our team. This part-time position will be based in North Strathfield and involves coordinating our Graduate Program.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in implementing the graduate engagement strategy
* Coordinate and facilitate Graduate inductions
* In partnership with internal key stakeholders, coordinate university engagement activities
* Coordinate the updating of online marketing collateral for annual graduate campaigns
* Liaise with Talent Management team to refresh the Graduate L&D playlist on GrowthHub (our e-learning platform)
* Coordinate L&D activities with the graduates such as Lunch & Learn sessions
* Track graduates progress and prepare relevant reports
* Facilitate myPGT for the graduates including OKRs, year-end activities and cross-functional projects
* Coordinate and assist the facilitation of the Graduate Buddy program
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* At least 2 years minimum experience in a HR role
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
* Great relationship building skills
* Collaborative team player
* Some exposure to a HR information System is an advantage
* The ability to work on a part-time basis (3 days per week)
