The primary responsibility is to coordinate the daily operations of the facility with a focus on safety and high-quality service delivery. You will lead, coach, and engage a team of Duty Managers and Lifeguards, manage hazard prevention, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.Essential Skills & Attributes:Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire othersExcellent verbal communication skillsKnowledge of work health and safety legislation, evacuation, and emergency proceduresAbility to liaise with external contractors and council partnersEnsure team members are fully qualified and adhere to qualification policiesAdvanced computer skillsCurrent First Aid (Level 2) & CPR CertificatesBlue Card (National Police Check & Working with Children Check)Current Pool Lifeguard CertificateNote: If you lack any of the above qualifications, apply now, and we will pay for your certification so you can join our team.
