Job Opportunity: Social Performance Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and diverse team, responsible for matured approach, systems, performance and governance in relation to social performance and human rights.
* Support the development of external affairs and social performance standards, including supporting capability development and compliance monitoring across the business.
* Lead the implementation of a Social Performance data management system, facilitating improved data management, analysis and reporting for the functions at sites and Centre office.
* Coordinate the strategy and reporting of social performance, actively collaborating with other expert functions.
* Leverage interfaces and collaboration across functions to develop a sustainable development framework that supports meaningful socio-socioeconomic outcomes and sustainable livelihoods in host communities.
