Caseworker – Intensive Family Preservation
This role presents an exceptional opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of families at risk of entering the child protection system.
As a dedicated Caseworker in our Intensive Family Preservation (IFP) team, you will work collaboratively to prevent unnecessary entry into Out of Home Care (OOHC) by conducting thorough child and family assessments and providing home visiting support.
You will develop comprehensive case plans with families, provide essential skills and knowledge to caregivers and children, and connect them to relevant community services where necessary.

About You
We welcome experienced professionals and recent graduates who are passionate about delivering high-quality services. To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
* Experience working with children and families in a casework capacity
* An understanding of child protection and trauma-informed practice
* Strong relationship-building skills
* A commitment to working collaboratively and providing culturally responsive support
