OPPORTUNITY 1 – SENIOR ASSOCIATE, WORKPLACE RELATIONS
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Advise a well-established national client base including Australia's largest resources companies, government agencies, hospitals, universities, etc.
* Work across employment, industrial relations and work health and safety matters
* Handle complex commercial litigation with a workplace focus
* Work closely with senior partners and national team members across jurisdictions
ABOUT YOU
* Expertise in employment, industrial relations or work health and safety
* Strong commercial litigation experience with an interest in workplace law
* Strong client focus with a demonstrated ability to form enduring client relationships
* Self-starting, personally well organised and resilient
* Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in the quality of their work
OPPORTUNITY 2 – SENIOR ASSOCIATE, WORKPLACE RELATIONS
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Become a trusted advisor guiding clients through employment legislation, workplace relations and Fair Work matters
* Act for both employers and employees across a diverse portfolio of employment matters including disputes, compliance and policy development
* Provide comprehensive advice and representation across industrial relations matters
* Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional legal services in a stimulating, fast-paced environment
ABOUT YOU
* Demonstrated experience as an employment lawyer with strong knowledge of workplace relations, Fair Work claims and employment law
* Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of employment-related matters
* Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to provide practical, tailored advice on complex workplace challenges
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders
* Admitted to practise in Australia with a commitment to ongoing professional development
