Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in managing a range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Reception and general administration duties
* Managing patient bookings and appointments
* Processing results and ensuring accurate documentation
* Data input and record keeping
* Invoicing and managing billing processes
* Handling general customer inquiries with professionalism and care
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-quality service to both staff and patients
* Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
* Familiarity with Best Practice software would be a bonus, but not required
* Ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
* A friendly, approachable manner and the ability to work well within a collaborative team environment
