Electrical S26 Supervisor - Karratha FIFO 2/1 ONGOING | IMMEDIATE START
Goodline is seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and organised S26 appointed Electrical Supervisor to join our CLAHDO (Cape Lambert) team in Karratha, WA, FIFO 2/1 ongoing. Availability to start onboarding immediately is preferred.

About the Role
This construction project is for the upgrade of our client\'s Cape Lambert A Site. The site is introducing High Density Ore (HDO) to the site, which is heavier and stickier in nature. The project is a heavy brownfield execution. You will be supervising a team of experienced electricians across various works on this site.
This position requires diplomacy, tenacity, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, including quoting, tendering, and promoting win-win outcomes
* Provide expert technical advice and champion industry best practice
* Strategically plan and prioritise complex work fronts across multiple projects
* Ensure all workers implement effective control measures to minimise health and safety risks
* Report incidents, non-conformances, and near-misses; participate in investigations where required
* Collaborate with project engineers, managers, and multidisciplinary stakeholders
* Conduct prestart meetings, toolbox talks, and contribute to a proactive safety culture

* Rio Tinto Iron Ore Inducted, PRH Essentials & IWP Lockholder training obtained
* Ready for a medical/LABDAS, or have travel itinerary for this site
* Electrical Trade Certificate
* S26 Qualifications (Mandatory)
* Previous mine site experience
* Current driver's licence
* Working at Heights
* Confined Space Entry
* Solid understanding of electrical works across varied scopes
* Commitment to safety and adherence to site policies and procedures
