Disability Support Workers – Female (Subcontractors)

Girasole Support is seeking three female Disability Support Workers to join our team on a subcontracting basis. These roles offer regular hours, strong support, and clear expectations within a values-driven organisation.
Available Roles
We are recruiting for three separate positions:
* Caboolture
* Monday to Friday
* 5 hours per day (potential to increase hours if right fit)
* Alexandra Hills
* 3 days per week
* 5 hours per shift
* Forest Lake
* 10 hours per week
* Days/times to be confirmed
About the Role
You will be supporting participants in their homes and communities, assisting with:
* Daily living tasks
* Meal preparation
* Light household support
* Community access and appointments
* Supporting independence, dignity, and choice
You will be supported and guided by Girasole Support and provided with clear expectations and communication.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
* Female support worker (participant preference)
* ABN (subcontracting role)
* Public Liability & Personal Accident Insurance
* Reliable, insured vehicle
* Current Australian driver's licence
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Ability to complete clear and accurate shift notes
* Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
