What You Bring
* 5‑10 years' experience in a PR agency, strong focus on fintech and financial services.
* Broad industry network and media contacts across various channels.
* Portfolio of high‑quality writing across complex topics (press releases, editorials, thought leadership).
* Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Media, Journalism or related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, distilling complex information into engaging, accessible content.
* Strong organisational skills, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, handling clients effectively.
* Experience using project management tools (Monday.com, etc.) to optimise workflows and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Role and Responsibilities
* Client Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* PR Content Creation: Develop and deliver compelling PR content (press releases, editorials, thought leadership articles).
* Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, secure media coverage, and proactively pitch stories that align with clients' business goals.
* Management: Grow and develop a team.
* Business Development: Assist MD, CEO, and commercial director in finding and securing new clients.
* Project Management: Utilise tools like Monday.com to organise projects, track progress, and ensure client deliverables are met.
* Collaboration: Work closely with clients and the executive team to drive strategic media coverage and ensure clients' commercial objectives are met.
