This role offers hands-on, structured training in process manufacturing and assembly within a professional production environment where precision, quality and teamwork are valued every day.

What You’ll Be Learning
As a Process Manufacturing Trainee, you will gain skills in:
* Assembling world-class cooling systems using hand and power tools
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Working within structured production processes
* Maintaining quality and safety standards
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborating within a high-performing operations team

You’ll work in a Somersby facility with full safety systems, PPE, structured supervision and ongoing support.

Who Should Apply?
You do not need prior manufacturing experience.

We’re looking for women who are:
* Practical and hands-on
* Curious and willing to learn
* Reliable and motivated
* Team-oriented with good communication skills
* Ready to step confidently into a growing industry

You might currently work in retail, hospitality, admin, customer service, or be finishing school and are unsure of your next step.
