About the Role
Lake Imaging, founded in 2002, has become the largest radiology provider in central and western Victoria with more than 19 clinics providing a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to the St John of God private hospitals, community‐based clinics and speciality centres in Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, and Warrnambool.
What You'll Be Doing
* Answer calls as the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
* Schedule appointments using our state‐of‐the‐art RIS system – Visage.
* Maximise efficiency by managing appointments and keeping the clinic running smoothly.
* Action patient referrals from multidisciplinary teams.
* Prepare patients by communicating preparation requirements, costing estimates and other needs.
