Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mascot, NSW, for a Rental Sales Agent. Responsibilities include assisting customers with vehicle rental inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting company products and services. The Rental Sales Agent will also handle customer communication, process rental transactions, and deliver exceptional service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Car Rental services and operations
* Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
* Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
* Experience in Sales, with a focus on promoting and upselling products or services
* Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Prior experience in the automotive or mobility industry is a plus
* Ability to work flexible hours as needed
