Job Title: Administration Support
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administration Support Officer to join our dynamic team.
This pivotal role ensures a seamless experience for our valued clients by providing administrative and customer service support to our finance brokers.
* Assist finance brokers with client enquiries, supporting documentation, and loan settlement tasks
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
* Support the broader finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong work ethic and previous experience in an administration or clerical role
* Full working rights in Australia or be a permanent resident
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* A current Police Check - or complete one pre-start date
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new financial software systems quickly
* A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
