The Role
Our client is a leading Technology company, working across various industries and delivers software solutions.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Training Specialist to join our clients growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging, effective training sessions that help both customers and employees confidently use our software product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in assessing and mapping training plans for customers and employees.
* Initiate and deliver comprehensive product training adapting training curriculum to diverse audiences.
* Develop training material in line with business needs.
* Maintain accurate training records, customer interaction documentation, and case management.
* Gather feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery.
* Act as product SME within the team.
* Allows customers and employees to work with our products in scalable and efficient ways.
* Stay up-to-date on latest product solutions.
* Support strategic initiatives.
Skills & Experience
* 2-5 years of experience delivering corporate trainings-preferably in a SaaS or enterprise setting
* Natural enthusiasm, energy, and confidence in front of any audience
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* A proactive, learner-focused mindset with a passion for helping
* Ability to build rapport quickly and adapt training to suit different learner types
