* Role: Land integration SME
* Location: Canberra
* Security clearance: NV1/NV2
SCOPE
We are seeking experienced Land integration Subject matter expert. The SME will provide expert digital integration advice across Land, Joint, and Coalition environments, supporting governance, assurance, and design of client networked systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop deep understanding of the LCS and Land Integration Framework
* Identify, design, validate, and support digital integration requirements for Land programs.
* Lead development of LCS Design (LCSD) products within technical specialisation.
* Provide formal written integration advice, technical proposals, and Integration Certificates.
* Engage with LCD, CASG, Joint and Coalition stakeholders.
* Contribute to the LIF Body of Knowledge, mission threads, and future-state designs.
* Support innovation and assessment of emerging technologies.
Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualification (Science, Engineering, IT) or equivalent experience.
* Advanced practitioner experience in one or more of the following:
o Tactical or enterprise networking
o Military C4 software systems
o Tactical data links (TADL)
o Enterprise architecture (CIOG-aligned)
o Distributed systems
o Tactical or strategic bearers and waveforms (RF, SATCOM, MUOS)
o Large-scale software systems
o Autonomous military systems
o AS GxA (GVA, LDM, VSOE)
o Fires systems integration
o Ability to meet ITAR compliance requirements.
