This role sits within Strategy & Customer Experience. The Business Unit does everything from marketing and customer communications, product development and partnerships, through to shaping our strategic vision and direction. About The Role
Aurora Energy is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales & Marketing to play a pivotal role in delivering our customer growth, retention and brand objectives across Tasmania. The location of the role is open to either Hobart or Launceston.
This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing Aurora Energy's sales, marketing, brand and partnership strategies, ensuring strong commercial outcomes while delivering meaningful customer and community impact. It will translate strategic vision into action through data‐driven sales and marketing initiatives, customer‐centric segmentation, and effective partnership management.
About You
* Experienced and commercially minded sales and marketing leader with demonstrated experience operating at a senior level across complex, customer‐focused and regulated environments.
* Exceptional analytical capability and deep understanding of customer demographics, enabling translation of insight‐led strategy into successful in‐market outcomes.
* Highly organized and collaborative, excelling at working with diverse internal and external stakeholders, with ability to influence.
* Comfortable operating in a target‐driven business.
* Hold a tertiary (or equivalent) qualification in business, commerce, commercial management or marketing.
