Commercial Property Manager – Junior to Senior Levels

Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you’ll manage a diverse commercial portfolio while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants across industrial, retail, and office assets.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of industrial, retail, and office properties
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Managing lease compliance, rent collection, and arrears
* Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and capital works
* Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed condition reports
* Preparing budgets, managing outgoings, and delivering financial reportingIdentifying opportunities to enhance asset performance and portfolio value
About the Role
* Salary package commensurate with experience
* Junior portfolios starting from 80+ properties, increasing with experience
* KPI-based performance incentives
* Direct mentorship from the Head of Department
* Dedicated administrative support from a property management administrator
* Leasing handled by an experienced sales and leasing team

* Experience in commercial property management, all experience levels considered
* Proactive, client-focused, and service-driven
* Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and independently oversee a portfolio
