* Evaluate and support individuals to return to work through specialist knowledge and skills.
* Analyze treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
* Assist clients in identifying future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
* Perform various assessments depending on area of clinical expertise, such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
* Develop and implement effective case management plans to coordinate and monitor client progress toward return to work goals.
