What you will be doing & delivering
As the Senior Packing & Logistics Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading Packhouse operations from Wednesday to Saturday, while also overseeing all Logistics activities on Saturdays. This position is key to ensuring the seamless, efficient, and timely packing of customer orders—delivered on budget and to the highest standards. You will drive daily operations, coordinate teams, and champion continuous improvement to meet evolving business and customer needs. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where operational precision meets people management, all within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* People Leadership: Drive a high-performance culture; support the full employee lifecycle in collaboration with HR.
* Production operations: Ensuring efficient order planning, stock allocation, and staffing to meet packing targets within budget and on schedule.
* Health & Safety: Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and compliance, partnering with OHS team
* Quality & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a clean and safe work environment and support continuous improvement by addressing issues and promoting high standards in hygiene, equipment care, and operational practices.
