Currently they are looking to employ a Workshop Service Manager for their Orange branch. The Opportunity Your role will be responsible to manage and lead the workshop service department and it’s team of diesel mechanics, field service technicians and apprentices. You will work to develop staff technically, professionally and through their career paths whilst continuing to build on the excellent reputation for their service quality and reliability. You will be the primary point of contact for all customers and will lead all service administration functions to ensure the team meets its performance, retention, and financial objectives. You Leadership experience (ideally within a technical / mechanical field) Excellent people management and team building skills!
