The Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are seeking an experienced and motivated senior counter salesperson for our Tingalpa Branch in Queensland. You will need to be customer‐service focused, open to learning, and career‐minded.
Duties Include
* Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone
* Counter sales including customer development
* Follow up and provide notification of outstanding orders
* Maintain a professional store presentation
* Assist with receipt and dispatch of products
* Pick, pack and deliver orders to customers
* Manage stock, purchasing and inventory
* Raise quotations and follow up on quotations
* Comply with company and customer QHSE standards and policies
* Contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills and Attributes
* Competent PC skills
* Professional personal presentation
* Customer service experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Willing to learn new skills

Electrical wholesale industry experience is preferred, as well as a can‐do attitude. You will need to be able to perform manual handling tasks and be available to work some overtime.
Forklift licence is preferred but not essential
