Seeking an Admin Assistant on a temporary basis for an immediate start

**Your current company**

Hays Office Support is currently working with a Construction and Engineering company who specialise in completing insurance work across Australia. A knowledgeable and experienced Administration Assistant is required fulltime on a temporary contract to assist the team with end to end administration support.

**Your new role**

As the Administration Assistant will be situated in a small team where you will be responsible for;
- Accounts Payable duties
- Booking and scheduling of contractors
- Collation and communication of daily job schedules
- Raising purchase orders
- Tracking of job status and reporting to insurers
- Other adhoc duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**

You'll need to be a confident individual who strives for continual improvement in your career. You will also need to possess the below attributes and technological skills,
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Polite and courteous phone manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly organised and ability to priortise tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite
- Having scheduling experience would be advantageous.
- Experience using Xero
